Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchases from Gooseman Game Calls. You may exchange or return most merchandise for a full refund, less shipping charges, within 60 days. All returned items must be in original condition and working order.

Shipping Policy

Orders placed before 2 PM Eastern Standard time will be shipped out the same day. All other orders will ship the next business day. Gooseman Game Calls charges a flat shipping fee for all calls and a flat shipping fee for lanyards and bracelets. All items are shipped individually, unless otherwise specified. We currently do not ship internationally.

Cancellation Policy

Your order begins processing as soon as you submit it, and usually ships out the same business day therefore, we do not accept cancellation requests. Please see our Returns Policy for further information.
